The Welsh Government significantly neglect us in England, thats 100,000+ Welsh speakers and several million people of Welsh decent. Funding for Welsh to Adults in England is ZERO, public grant to the London Welsh Centre = Zero. With migration between Wales and England at roughly 50,000 per year in both directions ie half a million per decade - the role of England in the future of the Welsh language is obvious.
